2、The positioning of the discs,with fixed clamping,can ensure high precision positioning after the discs rotate and stop,so that the upper and lower molds can be molded more accurately.
3、Automatic devices such as automatic embedding and removal can be added to achieve full auto matic operation of the machine.
4、The standard disc is 2 stations,with special needs,3 or 4 stations can be selected to achieve more convenient operation,and with automation for the ear line rule to increase production capacity.
5、The standard disc is a vertical three-column direct compression clamping die,with special mold requirements,it can also be a vertical four-column direct compression clamping die.
